The Proverbs 31 Woman Challenge Day Five: The Kingdom Woman's guide to business and money management

Hi, Woman of God

Welcome to the 5th and final day of the Proverbs 31 Woman Challenge.We have been reflecting on the attributes of the Proverbs 31 Woman and improving our lives in the key areas we identified through the passage.

Today we explore how to build a fruitful business and how to manage money well.

Why is it important to know how to understand business and money management as a woman of God?

• hardworking and resourceful (verses 13-14)

• wise with money, business-savvy and multiplies what is in her hand (verse 16)

• entrepreneurial (verse 24)

Here are my 5 KEY tips for the woman who desires to use her gifts to build income, serve others and manage her finances well:

1. Seek God's Guidance: Before diving into entrepreneurship or any ministry venture, spend time in prayer seeking God's guidance and wisdom. Ask for clarity on your business idea, direction for your plans, and strength to face challenges along the way. Trust in God's provision and timing as you embark on this journey.

2. Identify Your Gifts: Take time to identify your unique gifts, talents, and passions. Consider how you can leverage these strengths to create a business that aligns with your purpose and values. Reflect on the areas where you excel and where you feel most fulfilled. Your business will flourish when it's built upon the foundation of your God-given abilities.

3. Align Your Business with Your Values: Ensure that your business/ministry aligns with your Christian values and principles. Choose a niche or industry where you can use your talents and skills to serve others in a way that honors God. Let integrity, honesty, and compassion guide your decisions and interactions in all aspects of your endeavours.

4. Equip Yourself with Knowledge: Invest in learning and acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in your chosen field. Take courses, attend workshops, and seek mentorship from experienced, faith-led entrepreneurs. Equip yourself with the tools and resources needed to run a successful business or ministry effectively.

5. Build a Support System: Surround yourself with a supportive network of fellow believers and mentors who can offer encouragement, advice, and accountability. Connect with other successful Christian women for inspiration, collaboration, and prayer support. This support system during will be invaluable to you during the highs and lows of your journey.
