Is Your Identity in Christ or is it in Something Else?

It’s one thing to believe that God loves you (which is the mindset shift we covered yesterday) - but it is another thing to believe what He says about who you are.

This morning I was praying with the ladies inside my private women’s community (the Kingdom Woman Accelerator or KWA), and the topic we spent time on was identity.

Today’s mindset shift is to know that God has given you a new identity in Him. The moment you were born again, you were adopted into the body of Christ (Ephesians 1:5) and you received a new identity in Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says “therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”

Many Christians have no idea about this metamorphosis that has happened in the spiritual realm, the moment they gave their life to Christ.

To understand this, you need to first know that you are a spirit, with a soul, that lives in a body. When you become born again, your spirit is changed, but thereafter you bring your soul and your body into alignment with your new nature in the spirit by the renewing of your mind.

This Mindset Shift requires that you go from…
