It’s TIME! November is right around the corner, which means it’s our final full month to go all-in before the holiday celebrations take over. With 2025 fast approaching, it's time to set ourselves up for success, ending this year with intentional growth.

I’m so excited to invite you to join me in the 30-Day Godly Girl Glow-Up Challenge - a month of intentional focus on our spiritual, physical, mental, and ministry/business growth.

Here’s the Challenge:

For every day of November, we’ll commit to these 5 Daily Habits:

  1. Daily Devotional 📖 – Dive into God’s Word daily with Bible reading or a devotional to center your heart in His wisdom.

  2. Daily Movement 🏃🏾‍♀️ – Get moving each day! It could be a walk, a gym session, or even dancing. Honor the temple He gave you!

  3. Healthy Food Intake 🥗 – Fuel yourself with healthy meals and drink plenty of water. Simple, healthy choices for a month will significantly impact your energy, health and body!

  4. Edifying Media 🎧 – Replace junk media with uplifting, faith-based, or educational content. Try faith films, educational documentaries, or Christian music.

  5. God-Sized Dream 💭 – Take a daily action toward your God-given dreams. Whether it’s posting on social media, dedicating time to a passion project, or writing down big ideas God has placed in your heart and praying over the list for clarity and direction each day.

The goal here is not perfection, but choosing something you can do consistently in each of these 5 areas - no matter how small - to move you closer to your goals and the woman God has called you to be.

The enemy is desperately warring against your consistency and discipline. This new month we are saying enough is enough! This challenge is designed to help you have victory to complete what you start and make progress towards your goals.

Here’s an Example of a Simple 30-Day Plan:

💐 DEVOTIONAL = Complete the daily challenges inside the KWA Community
💐 MOVEMENT = Jump rope for 20 minutes daily (or take a walk when less motivated)
💐 HEALTHY FOOD = Eat a healthy breakfast & lunch + drink 2 litres of water each day
💐 EDIFYING MEDIA = Watch a faith-based or educational program each day
💐 GOD-SIZED DREAM = Post daily on my new social media ministry account

Pick an action you will commit to for each category, and keep it simple enough to stay consistent. Small steps will add up to big transformations! 🌱
