You have the Power to Change!

Following on from yesterday’s email on identity, today’s mindset shift takes it one step further with a truth that will bring COMPLETE freedom to you once you catch it.

I’ll say this one in just a six words:

You have the power to change!

If there is something in your character, your personality, your behaviour, your mindset that you do not like about yourself, you have the power to change it.

Dealing with insecurities, you start to wonder if the way you are today is the way you will be forever.

In my case, growing up, I didn’t yet understand this truth that I CAN change for the better and not only is it possible to change but it is a requirement for growth and maturity.

Often, we might feel stuck or believe that positive change is beyond our reach. However, as believers, we are empowered to renew our minds and embrace the transformation that God offers.

Romans 12:2 encourages us, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." This verse is a powerful reminder that change is a central part of our walk with Christ. We are called to continually renew our minds and align our thoughts with God’s truth so that we see our character and our life change as a result.

The Shift in Mindset

From: Believing that change is impossible and feeling stuck.

To: Embracing the truth that we can change our minds and experience transformation through Christ.

This shift in mindset is crucial. When we understand that we are not bound by past patterns or negative thinking, we open ourselves to the transformative work of the Holy Spirit. Change becomes a journey of growth and renewal.

This is exactly why I created this newsletter and my communities. To not only remind women that change is possible but to show you HOW to change your life with Christ.
