The Esther Challenge - Day 10

Hi Woman of God

We are at the final day! What a powerful challenge this has been. It’s been amazing to hear of the revelations and growth that has been happening over these 10 days in God’s word. I pray that we only continue to fall more and more in love with scripture and see it transform our lives, in Jesus name - amen!

Let’s get into the final chapter.

SCRIPTURE

Proverbs Chapter 10 (the chapter as a whole)

OBSERVATION

Esther 10 is a short but powerful conclusion to the book. It highlights how King Ahasuerus continued to reign with power and prosperity, but more importantly, it emphasises the rise of Mordecai to a position of great influence. Mordecai, once a lowly Jewish exile, is now second in command to the king.

His promotion is not just about personal success, it reflects how God honours those who are faithful. Mordecai used his influence for the good of his people, advocating for their well-being and seeking peace. His story is a testament to God's providence: He can elevate the humble and position His people in places of power to fulfill His purposes.

APPLICATION

Mordecai’s story reminds me that faithfulness leads to promotion, and God elevates in His perfect timing. Like Mordecai, I want to use any influence I receive to serve others, seek justice, and make lives better. True success is not measured by status but by how I impact those around me. I will also be mindful of the legacy I am building, making decisions today that align with the lasting impact I want to leave behind.

PRAYER

Father, thank You for showing me that faithfulness leads to favour. Help me to stay diligent, serve others selflessly, and use any influence for good. Let my life reflect Your love and truth, and may I leave behind a legacy that honours You. In Jesus’ name, Amen 🩷
