The True Purpose of Your Life
it may not be what you think...
This is your True Purpose in Life
Hi Woman of God
I hope you had an amazing weekend. Today, I want to share a profound mindset shift at the start of our week that will completely transform how you approach your life and your decisions.
Often, we search for our purpose in life, looking for what we should do or accomplish. But here’s a powerful truth: God doesn’t just give us purpose – He is our purpose. Our highest calling is not tied to a job, a role, or an achievement, but to our relationship with God Himself.
Contrary to popular belief:
Noah’s life purpose was not to build an ark.
Esther’s life purpose was not to deliver her people.
David’s life purpose was not to fight Goliath and be King.
These are examples of assignments that God gave these characters in order to fulfil His divine plans, but their ultimate purpose in life was their relationship with God and it is from this relationship that any and all assignments come.
The word purpose simply means the reason a thing was created, and we know from scripture that God created us for intimate relationship with Him, made in His image to reflect His glory.
This mindset shift changed my entire life. Discovering that it’s not about striving to find or achieve some purpose out there; but that purpose is about seeking God and knowing Him intimately. As a result everything else will flow from that place.
Matthew 6:33 (NIV) says, “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” As we prioritise our relationship with God and His kingdom, everything else falls into place. Your specific assignments, callings, and roles all flow naturally out of that deep, intimate connection with God. He will order your steps concerning the work of your hands and your legacy on this earth.
One of the women who joined us in the Kingdom Woman Accelerator community last week shared how she experienced this revelation and mindset shift on her very first day in the program:

Just like this blessed sister, you too can experience a transformation in how you view your purpose and assignments in life. Inside the Kingdom Woman Accelerator community and our 90-day program, you will explore your purpose (relationship with God) and your assignment (what God calls you to do in specific seasons). This understanding has changed lives - mine included, and I know it can change yours too.

As we seek God first, I pray that we all experience deeper intimacy with Him and see everything else in our lives fall into place as He directs our steps.
With my love
